2010 ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT
St. Joseph Health Services will host
its 22nd annual golf tournament on Monday,
May 10, 2010. The event is returning to two of Rhode
Island’s most challenging and respected golf courses,
Wannamoisett Country Club and Metacomet Golf Club,
both Donald Ross-designed gems located in East Providence.
John Mathews, President of Eident Sports
Marketing,
will serve as chairman of the tournament for the third
consecutive year.
“We are excited to have John’s
leadership and enthusiasm once again,” commented
John M. Fogarty, hospital president and CEO. “This
is one of our most important social and fundraising
events and we are looking forward to another successful
tournament with John’s guidance.”
Proceeds from this year’s tournament
will support programs and services at
Our Lady of Fatima Hospital, including the purchase
of new ultrasound imaging
equipment for prenatal patients served through the hospital’s
community health center
in South Providence.
